I really should make a graph of White's plotting of the ideological approaches to Russian History, as presented to me in Ostrowski's "A Metahistorical Anlaysis: Hayden White and Four Narratives of 'Russian' History," just to get a visual understanding of it, and b/c Poe has a bit of a thing for graphs (He keeps trying to make them half-pony/half-monkey monsters, but those crazy kids just can't make it work.).
