Okay, swear to god, going to stop listening to Scarlet's Walk. It's becoming ridiculous. I THOUGHT I didn't even really like this album, I only really enjoyed Don't Make Me Come To Vegas, but then itunes slips down the rest of the CD and I listen to it without really realizing it, and my fondness for the album swells. Sneaky little bastards, itunes and Scarlet's Walk, working in 'collusion.'

Looked at the right way, Raspberry Swirl is partially about shiksa-godessing. "I am not your senorita/I am not from your tribe/In the garden I did no crime." Unless those aren't biblical references at all, and are in fact related to something else entirely.

Never made it to the mall. Bah. This weekend was frantic, yet really unproductive. Thanks, one-acts and Jill's party and a million things that needed doing that didn't alleviate my workload at all.

*Edit* I don't actually think that's what Raspberry Swirl is about, I was just amused by the possibility offered by the lyrics.
