The Boring Shit I Did All Damn Day

TODAY I:
1. went to cobblers to get Katy's bag--no luck, have to try tomorrow
2. Posted things.
3. bought Christmas presents for 3 parents, 2 little siblings, Katy, Molly and Jake, and a bday present for Katy
4. hand-washing Katy's stuff and my thrift-store finds for HOURS--cold rinses, very gentle, took /years/
5. Bought fruit for holiday cooking
6. Planned party menu/wrote up to-do lists (seriously a task unto itself, but a vital, necessary organizational one that keeps me from having melt-downs and directs my work-flow)
7. applied for a few more jobs
8. did dishes
9. folded laundry, did new load of laundry, hanging said load now
To-Do THIS WEEK:
1. Make pink grapefruit jam
2. Make Paradise Chutney
3. Send Christmas cards
4. Catch-up work
5. Paper Prep
6. Schedule meeting with Cohen
7. Dissertation Proposal
8. Respond to Lucia re: Switch
9. GET CANADIAN WOMAN WORK VISA!! Scan and send!
10. Do Anna Freud Centre ap
11. Do other job aps
12. GET SOMETHING FOR GRANDMA, possibly other relatives here for Christmas (c and j? for the UKers? ask grandma)
13. Get jars from asda
14. get Holiday Cookie Cutters
15. Read Butler Article 1
16. Read Butler Article 2
17. Get Charlotte her Ten Pounds
18. PAY PANJAI UTILITY MONEY
19. give tragically ugly skirt that accidentally found its way into bad to charity shop
20. Edit and post Shalka outline

1. Look into housing
2. start PhD aps
3. Look into work-year visa option
4. Work on Paper, due Jan 17th
5. Try NOT to freak out over these things and get really depressed--control work-load via adequate scheduling!

7. Get a (possibly post-Xmas) Shalka Meeting planned
