There weren't any open computer labs, so I broke into this class room, am sitting on the lectern thing and using the teacher's computer. Don't be jealous.
May go see Danny tomorrow, am a bit bored. Went swimming in the parks and rec fallout shelter/pool- sucked large, but I'm hoping the outdoor one will be better. I have this nifty punch card, so whenever people get back/people here want to try a pool/crave a swim, just ask.
Haven't been sick since I left Currier. I know, to you guys, this is like "Almost two weeks without being sick and she's happy? That's expected in anything not close to the grave!" But this is the best health I've been in in a long while. It is AWESOME.
Classes start Monday after next. I continue to be optimistic about the job applications I've turned in. I chucked "Enemies, A Love Story" across the room because it sucked, as is my wont, and am reading Terry Pratchett's Night Watch, the latest Sam Vimes book. I'm trying for a ratio of two mindless self-indulgence books to one "Omgz I must read this to be a g00d person!!" books. As Annie wisely suggested, I made a reading list. Next up is Lolita, so Colin will stop despising me for abandoning it. Like a foetus.
Ben is supposed to email me his opening move today, as per our verbal agreement over the phone yesterday, but he hasn't yet. I guess I'll just have to check tomorrow. Our correspondence chess is like woah. Or it will be once he opens.
