How long is it appropriate to wait before emailing the colleges I sent my letter out to to ask if they've received my corespondence? I figured I'd give them a business week- until Friday- before sending a note. Is this too soon, or should I be yet more proactive? Every day I check my inbox, dreading yet anxiously awaiting the inevitable 'go away, loser,' letters.
