Semi eventful day. Had oral surgery at College of Dentistry. I told the physician that I could taste the anesthesia, and he just siphoned it out of my mouth. You know, rather than thinking he might have not properly injected it. It rapidly began to hurt. "That's just the pressure, and the vibration." It hurt worse than that. "No, just the pressure, hold still." I began to cry, to hyperventilate, to moan, finally to just scream when they began using the drill to break the tooth up into pieces. "Hands down." The doctor in charge came in and drilled for a while, then stopped and poked at the tooth. "Can you feel that?" He asked doubtfully. "Yes," I whimpered. "And that?" "Everything." "Are you in pain?" I just looked at him. "She's not been properly anesthetized. She's not even numb at all."

So. That's what surgery feels like with no anesthesia. Huh.

Five needles in all. And I hate needles. Also I was looking at the thing of blood thinking "Now that can't ALL be mine." Why would you MAKE a transparent blood hose and canister? What Japanese crack factory decided to put a clear blood-vat into production?

They gave me 20 Vicodin for the trouble, though.

Then I had to haul ass across town and organize my benefit tea for domestic violence victims at the Sheraton. I feel like there should be a children's book, "Baby's First Charity Function." That went well. Turnout was high. Clean up was manageably fast. Donations came in. I am triumphant. But ouchy. Time for another 800 mg ibuprofen, I think.

But in a lot of oral pain, and my mouth is still chafing from that extra long surgery and the bit-chomping and stuff.

Going to read Fellowship and roll around some more. Therese and I hard-core wrassled yesterday, ‘twas hawt. After we watched Ju-on.

Me: That sounds like more than one cat.
Therese (triumphantly): Oh DOES it?!
30 million cats, all different sizes, some of which are in fact statues of cats: MROOOOOW!

Annie and I have decreed to wrassle when she gets back. We should just have a party of wrassle sometime.

hmm...I really like them all. I hate choosing. because mer de noms (the first one) has sooo many awesome songs on it, and the thirteenth step is on par with it (I don't care what pretentious guitar players say, it's an awesome album), and then there's eMOTIVe which is awesome because the covers are so different from the originals and there's "imagine" and "when the levee breaks"...not to mention the two original songs...because "passive" is fucking awesome.

in short...um...I choose mer de noms by a very small margin because I have a real thing for "3 Libras," "Sleeping Beauty," and "Thinking of You" lately. but it fluctuates depending on my mood and the time and date and weather.

thanks for letting me give a discourse on a perfect circle on your lj. *curtsies*

I suggest selling Vicodin to desperate college students. That's what I did with codeine, particularly during exam time.

Oooh. Now I have to figure our where/how to go about fencing it. Maybe sell it to a real dealer, let him handle it, pocket a percentage.

Hmm. I just have friends who do this sort of thing. It's fairly common at Hampshire, but I guess I know that it's not a normal school.

It seems like more of a hassle to go through a real dealer, it seems like such an easy thing to possess.
