x_losDanny and I finished watching the Angels in America miniseries tonight, finally, and during the Harper walking out scene where Joe says "I need you, you're my good heart." Danny starts humming "Only You." DDR genuis. You know, I like this play even better on second viewing. The ending is better, more satisfying. Thanks, Blockbuster Used Movie Sale. My own copy? You should't have.
Eugh, Louis's beard in the last scene is a mistake. Not like, a production mistake, more of a "Louis, NO!" mistake. Tried to explain to Colin and Danny that they really should have kept in the Roy and God as Flaming Letter scene, but they both veto'd. Ah well, they haven't read the play, so don't know the scene. It may be a bit much, but I really like it.
Driving back tomorrow. Picking up my car at twelve, going home, such like. Happy Easter to me.
