Schrodinger's Baby

So it turns out that a person can have what looks, from all the medical lit available to laypeople, *exactly* like a 6 week miscarriage, and:

1. the baby and mom are fine (according to the scan), and also
2. when you say, 'well then what was with all the blood and material? What is going on?' The doctors will just be like 'eh, who can say?' ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So that's way less awful than expected, but also, what the fuck? 

Can now exclusively reveal that as I'd feared, in these dark hours, I did indeed think about loss.jpg.

Oh my god I have hardly slept this week I am so fucking tired now so SO tired. Five hours in a&e Tuesday, that was. Five hours!!
