Sep. 11th, 2006 02:51 amI left the bathroom window open, and the wind blew bottles off the sill. I could hear them slipping down between the curtain and the wall and clacking at the porcelain, and the sounds of the shower curtains moving against each other convinced me for a solid minuite that there was someone walking around in there, some stranger who'd slipped past me and into the room while my back was turned, or climber in through the window.
I'm flu-full. Sneeze, phlegmy cough, the works. My old sickness standby, feverish delisions (remember the one in which I thought I was several countries at once, including Belgium?), is waiting in the wings as soon as my temperature climbs.
The Minnesota Ren Faire was honnesty the best one I've ever been to and really lives up to its reputation.
I think I'm loosing my chess and my Spanish, but I always think that in winter.
