I'm off-book for my tiniest character for the one-acts, Amy, aka Peace Corps Chick, whom I've affectionately retitled Crackbubbles McGee due to the way I'm playing her. A small step for a woman, a giant leap for E119 kind.
I got so frustrated trying to follow 'Caroline, or Change' without the book, so I just bought it with birthday money from my grandma, and am almost done. Really enjoying it, except for the Yiddish I don't understand. You'd think that maybe if it was about black people in Louisiana, there might not be gratuitous Yiddish, but then you must have forgotten who you were reading. And Noah is a little geh. Just a wee bit.
If there's any way I can get to New York to see my family there and Sarah, I should. I wonder if it's at all possible? The logistics beg looking into.
Talk to me if you need a ride anywhere today, I need to get to the mall to return two CDs (perplexing birthday gifts from grandma) to B&N.
I can get off for Molly's, I know, because Jill and I are nearly there, but it's Bookbinding that terrifies me. I need to rehearse it tonight.
Colin got me the new Sarah Vowell book. That was cool of him.
