Hey, I was having a discussion with a friend, and I'd like to know if anyone can help me on this. Can you think of any character getting a moment of audible internal monologue in Who other than War Chief for one line in War Games?

...obvs. fodder for my crack!theory about the show being readable as a dual protagonist text. Unless there's more incidences of it?

Actually, in the episode "The Mind Robber" (second doctor) Zoe gets a bit of internal monologue. But that episode is weird... Rapunzel and all....
