BUT: have thus far made blinkidybah watch The Enemy Within (until we stopped b/c she'd gotten the point and she couldn't take it any more) and gotten through a good chunk of Avatar. Oh Azula. You're pretty damn fine. I think you and Koschei are probably AU!best friends. Meanwhile Zuko loves the Cure and Iroh is clearly the best person ever around. But all of these pale in comparison to Boomie. I stare into his mad eyes know what love is. Also: his puns about lettuce ftw.

Sukka is a cute ship even if it does have a silly portmanteau of a name and insist "It's pronounced SOO-kah!"

Fair point! But I think the only one that even she couldn't sit through is the beautiful, goo-snake-filled Doctor Who television film The Enemy Within, in which the Eighth Doctor is adorable, something completely inexplicable happens to the Master's characterization (and physicality-- now he's a sentient puddle?), and the production team LOVES OBVIOUS VISUAL PARALLELS to an extent that would make a film student cry.

...okay, I've been reading too many bad-pr0n-fanfic comms lately, because I just had badfic flashbacks liek whoa. Is this as bad as it sounds?

OH MY GOD. You haven't seen it? How have you escaped unscathed? It's like a badfic caught on film, in nearly every way. I'm ambivalent about it: some days it's funny-bad, others it's too bad to really even be funny. But through it all the Doctor's actor is charming and should really just be left alone in a room full of kittens to film a better movie.
