DISASTER!

The guy who was supposed to move in TODAY, who I talked with two days ago about the niceties of paying council tax, is gonzo. 'Hope it's not too late'--how could anyone be that dim?! What a <i>dick</i>. So we need someone to move in NOW RIGHT NOW or in January. What a fucking mess. I have like, ten days before Christmas (like I'm not busy!) to get this shit sorted. The party on Saturday and Katy's birthday on the 21st and remaining presents and everything combine to make this AUUUUUUGH.
